If you have questions about this awards event, please email scbizevents@bridgetowermedia.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFAQ<\/p>\n SCBIZ’s Top 100 Women honors South Carolina’s high achieving women who are making an impact through their professional experience, leadership, community service and mentoring.\u00a0 Previously, the news organization hosted Women of Influence events in Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville. When its three leading brands (Charleston Regional Business Journal, Columbia Regional Business Report, and GSA Business Report) merged to form SCBIZ last fall, Top 100 Women replaced the three Women of Influence programs with one that honors 100 Women statewide.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Nominations can be made by anyone, including yourself. Once the online nomination form is completed an automated email will be sent to the individual nominated (the email address entered in the \u201cNominee Email\u201d field) and a submission receipt will be sent to the email placed in the \u201cNominator\u2019s Email\u201d field.<\/p>\n In order for the nominee to continue with the process they must fill out the application form by the application deadline listed in the automated email and on the corresponding event landing page.<\/p>\n We also recommend submitting up to three letters of recommendation to\u00a0https:\/\/scbiz.com\/scbiz-letters-of-recommendation-submission-form\/<\/a>\u00a0by the application deadline to be included in the nominee\u2019s judging packet as supporting materials. This is not a requirement, but an added benefit.<\/p>\n In order to be considered, candidates:<\/p>\n While anyone can nominate, we recommend nominations come from a senior leader in the candidate\u2019s organization. It is then required that the nominee go through the entire application process, please see above response for more details on that.<\/p>\n Winners are selected by a panel of judges including previous honorees, as well as the SCBIZ editorial team.\u00a0 The judges reviewed applications, and letters of recommendation and identified key community leaders resulting in the 2026 Top 100 Honorees.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Circle of Excellence honorees have won twice previously and are honored for their sustained achievements professionally, in the community and through mentoring.\u00a0<\/p>\n Winners do not speak live during the event. The winners walk across the stage to accept their awards.\u00a0<\/p>\n You do not need to purchase a ticket for yourself as an honoree. All other attendees must purchase a ticket. Sponsorship packages are available to purchase for those wanting large groups of tickets and additional benefits.<\/p>\n The Top 100 Women program is supported through sponsorships.
