Project description: Construction on Lexington Medical Center’s newest two-story medical office building commenced in September 2024 with plans to open in spring 2025. The 22,300-square-foot facility will house a family medicine practice, women’s center and physical therapy suite. This new building will expand Lexington Medical Center’s market north of Columbia and will provide medical services for the fast-growing communities (fueled by industrial growth) along the I-77 corridor.

Current retailers at the project include Parker’s Kitchen, Wendy’s, Waffle House, Bojangles, ATI, Dunkin’, East Bay Deli and McDonalds.
