Tru by Hilton Charleston Ashley Phosphate, represented by Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate broker firm, has been sold.
The five-story hotel is in North Charleston at 2475 Prospect Drive, according to a news release. Built in 2020, the hotel has 121 rooms on 2.77 acres with electric vehicle charging stations, an outdoor pool, and business and fitness centers.
“Through our competitive marketing process, we procured multiple offers and ultimately uncovered an out-of-state 1031 exchange buyer with seller-favorable terms,” Jack Davis, senior managing director for investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office, said in the release.
Davis, Chase Dewese, Joce Messinger and Brenden DeLuke represented the seller, who was not revealed, according to the release.
The financial details of the sale were not disclosed.
