Breeze Airways adds GSP nonstop to Cincinnati

Breeze Airways this summer will open new nonstop routes from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport to Cincinnati, Ohio, and Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Beginning immediately, Greenville-Spartanburg travelers can book flights to the two destinations.

Cincinnati (CVG) will operate on Mondays and Fridays beginning July 3 and offer Breeze-Thru service with one-stop, no-plane-change connectivity to Portland, Maine. Earlier this year, Breeze announced a new nonstop route to Columbus (CMH) beginning in May that also offers one-stop, no-plane-change service to Portland on Thursdays and Sundays.

Fort Lauderdale (FLL) will operate on Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and Mondays beginning July 2.

“Breeze continues to expand at GSP International Airport,” said Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District President and CEO Kevin Howell in a news release. “The addition of Cincinnati and Fort Lauderdale brings the airline’s offerings to 10 nonstop destinations, including five destinations never served from GSP. We appreciate Breeze’s continued investment in GSP, and we look forward to sharing these ‘Seriously Nice’ destinations with Upstate area travelers.”

With this announcement, GSP now offers 30 nonstop destinations, and Breeze Airways will serve 10 destinations from the Upstate.

Breeze was named one of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025 for its take on affordable flying that the carrier says is transforming low-cost air travel into a nice experience.

It was also named the Best Major Airline in North America by the Airline Passenger Experience Association, as well as the No. 3 Best Domestic Airline by Travel + Leisure in 2025, placing Breeze in the list’s top four every year since it began flying.

The carrier has a new fleet of Airbus A220-300 aircraft and offers premium products like free family seating, fast onboard WiFi, preferred seat options, and no change or cancel fees.

Breeze Airways operates more than 300 year-round and seasonal routes to 86 cities in the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
