Real estate and estate planning law firm opens new Greenville office at The Commons

Blair Cato Pickren Casterline LLC, a real estate and estate planning law firm, has opened a new office in Phase II of The Commons at the edge of Unity Park in Greenville.

The 3,226-square-foot space offers clients a central location surrounded by Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and a variety of local businesses.

“Our mission has always been to ensure clients feel supported during life’s biggest milestones,” Cynthia Blair, chief operating officer, owner and attorney said in a news release. “Opening at The Commons strengthens our presence in the Upstate and brings that mission to the heart of Greenville. For many, a closing here will be their first introduction to the city before moving into a new home, and we want that experience to be meaningful and memorable.”

Blair Cato Pickren Casterline says the new Greenville office enhances convenience for clients while reinforcing the firm’s commitment to serving the broader Upstate region.

Aston owns and manages The Commons.

Blair Cato recently marked its opening with a reception that welcomed more than 100 guests, including community leaders, clients and partners. Greenville attorney Adam Breaux offered a toast celebrating the firm’s arrival at The Commons.

Located in Unity Park, The Commons is a food hall that features a selection of local food and beverage vendors.
