Top Projects Application Form

SCBIZ Top Projects honors outstanding construction projects across South Carolina. The program highlights the stories behind these projects and their impact on the communities they serve. This premier awards program offers opportunities to showcase your firm, team or project to leading construction, engineering and architectural professionals across the state.

Projects are evaluated based on degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, collaboration among teams and sustainability efforts. Eligible projects may include new construction or major renovations in commercial or residential sectors.

Project Requirements:

• The project must have been built in South Carolina
• The project must have been completed within the eligibility window noted for the current program year
• There is no limit to the number of projects a firm or individual may submit
• Projects must be commercial in nature and may include multi-family, senior living or condominium developments
• A submission fee is required for each application
• “*” indicates required fields

This program recognizes projects completed during the designated eligibility period of Jan 1 – Dec 31, with honorees celebrated in the corresponding program year.
