Keller Williams Preferred leases Columbia office space

Keller Williams Preferred, a residential real estate agency, will occupy 9,720 square feet of office space of 7909 Parklane Road.

NAI Columbia represented Appian Investments, a real estate fund based in Greenville, in securing the tenant.

The building is in northeast Columbia immediately off Highway 277. Keller Williams Preferred was represented by Orie Brown with KW Commercial.

Appian Investments purchased the four-story, premier Class A office building in December 2023. At the time, 7909 Parklane operated at only 14% occupancy with just one tenant in the building. Since then, Senior broker and shareholder Jeff Hein and brokerage associates Hope Andrews and Will DuPree have secured an additional seven tenants for the building, bringing its occupancy to 64% with the latest addition of Keller Williams Preferred.

“The leasing progress at 7909 Parklane speaks not only to the deep-running knowledge of our brokerage team,” Hein said in a news rlease, “but to the region’s impressive recent developments as well. We look forward to securing even more tenants to this excellent, highly equipped location off I-277.”

7909 Parklane is on 8.75 acres of land and managed by NAI Earle Furman, with 592 surface parking spaces, a renovated lobby, and 24-hour access.

7909 Parklane Road still offers availabilities ranging from 1,946 square feet to 30,108 square feet.
