The New Seneca Center for the Arts will be a 700-seat performing arts theater designed to accommodate a variety of events from orchestral performances to plays and rock concerts. This new theater will become the new cultural center of Seneca and will include a new art gallery as well as a large pre-function space that can be used for events. These spaces are designed to maximize flexibility and can be used for a variety of purposes such as daily retail sales and special local events.

Updates include new interior finishes, a refreshed exterior façade and converting existing detail bays into a tech break room, locker room, and restroom area, designed to create a modern, efficient facility.
