Project description: The addition of the Foothills Area YMCA includes a new indoor eight-lane, 25-yard pool with a large pool desk, a double gym with an elevated track, multi-purpose room with a warming kitchen, two administrative offices, second floor flexible program spaces, a lobby with reception desk, toilets, storage and support spaces.

Project description: This modern industrial property features approximately 75,500 square feet of total space, including a 71,100-square-foot warehouse with 32-foot eave heights, three dock-high doors and a 20-by-16-foot drive-in door. Constructed with tilt-up concrete, the design maximizes efficiency and durability. The site spans 5.42 acres and includes a 1.15-acre truck court and auto parking.

Seneca Performing Arts Center

The New Seneca Center for the Arts will be a 700-seat performing arts theater designed to accommodate a variety of events from orchestral performances to plays and rock concerts. This new theater will become the new cultural center of Seneca and will include a new art gallery as well as a large pre-function space that can be used for events. These spaces are designed to maximize flexibility and can be used for a variety of purposes such as daily retail sales and special local events.

Project description: Stokes Kia Moncks Corner is undergoing a renovation and expansion to meet Kia’s “change-up” standards. The project doubles the service shop capacity from 12 to 24 bays, adds three new detail bays and expands the service reception from two to three lanes. Updates include new interior finishes, a refreshed exterior façade and converting existing detail bays into a tech break room, locker room, and restroom area, designed to create a modern, efficient facility.
