Site development includes construction of highway improvements, internal roadways, and mass grading of three industrial sites with construction of detention basins and storm-drainage networks to manage stormwater for the mass-graded sites when they are developed.

Project description: This project is a six-story apartment community in Greenville’s West End. Each unit will feature high-end finishes, including stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, nine- and ten-foot ceilings and private balconies or patios. Luxury amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center and a rooftop lounge with views of Fluor Field.

Project description: The project includes an L-shaped drop-off canopy and two smaller shelter canopies, all built with heavy timber/cross–laminated-timber framing, exposed wood decking and stained wood finishes, with epoxy-painted metal surfaces. A rod-suspended steel canopy will feature a thermoplastic-polyolefin roof, wood soffit and steel framing. Work also involves replacing select windows with drainable louvers, along with site improvements such as paving demolition, grading, new turf, plant beds and walkways.

Facility incorporates sheet vinyl flooring throughout patient areas, new staff rooms and consultation spaces, with roof replacement to support imaging infrastructure.

Project description: Sylvan’s Jewelers, a staple on Main Street since 1905, found a new location inside the historic South Carolina Railroad Depot at the corner of Gervais and Gadsden streets in the Vista district. The move allows the jeweler to significantly expand its Rolex offerings and showroom space. Sylvan’s iconic four-sided clock will remain in its longtime location on Main Street as a nod to the store’s enduring legacy.

The facility will include modern acoustics, A/V systems and lighting to support worship, education and community events while meeting expanded needs.
