Project description: The project includes an L-shaped drop-off canopy and two smaller shelter canopies, all built with heavy timber/cross–laminated-timber framing, exposed wood decking and stained wood finishes, with epoxy-painted metal surfaces. A rod-suspended steel canopy will feature a thermoplastic-polyolefin roof, wood soffit and steel framing. Work also involves replacing select windows with drainable louvers, along with site improvements such as paving demolition, grading, new turf, plant beds and walkways.

The move allows the jeweler to significantly expand its Rolex offerings and showroom space. Sylvan’s iconic four-sided clock will remain in its longtime location on Main Street as a nod to the store’s enduring legacy.
