Business mentor Bill Englehaupt brings Lean Six Sigma and Agile to audit transformation with launch of Auditology™ Consulting in Charleston, SC

Auditology, LLC, a global performance-improvement firm, is extending from Charleston to help audit, risk, finance, and accounting leaders accelerate operational excellence through structured coaching, disciplined execution, and accountable leadership practices.

At the center of this effort is Bill Englehaupt, a business mentor, author, and founder of Auditology™. Bill has spent more than three decades improving performance in audit, assurance, and process improvement, including designing Lean Six Sigma workflows for major financial services firms.

Over his 35+ year career, Bill has improved performance for organizations such as Accenture, PwC, and KPMG, impacting thousands of audits and more than 20,000 auditors. His leadership experience also includes service in United Nations peacekeeping operations, where he streamlined complex systems and led teams in high-pressure environments.

Bill is also the co-author of “Managing Your Audit: Taking Control of Your Audit: A Real-World Guide for Getting Stuff Done Earlier and Staying on Plan,” and a frequent speaker on audit transformation and continuous improvement.

In the Charleston community, he serves as chapter chair and mentor with SCORE Charleston, supporting local business leaders and emerging entrepreneurs.
